Our Post & Return service allows customers to remove the drive themselves and mail the DVD unit from their Xbox 360 directly to us for upgrade or repair. Customers can also mail us their entire console for a slightly extra charge.

This is a reliable method with a usual turnaround of 24 hours from reciept.

We recommend all users securely package their Xbox / DVD unit and dispatch to us via Special Delivery or Courier.
